The Virginia
Horse
Center is the
crowning jewel of Virginia’s
$1B+ equine industry. In Lexington,
VA at the
intersection of Interstates 81 and 64, the
Horse Center
serves as a venue for 100+ events annually.
The Horse Center
operates as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit
foundation run by our Board of Directors.
Our 600-acre facility includes a 4000-seat
indoor arena, eight barns that can
accommodate 1200 horses, nineteen show
rings, two additional indoor arenas, an
internationally rated cross-country and
combined driving course, restaurants,
campgrounds and shops.
As a locale for competition, education, and
recreation, the Virginia Horse Center is unparalleled in the equine
